Car description |

This is a really classy looking Dodge 880 Custom 2 door hardtop sedan. In 1964, this 880 model was available only in the United States, so this model car is rare in Canada. It is all original components with the factory installed 383 ci V8 and the factory 3 speed automatic push button transmission. It has the original exhaust manifold and there is dual exhaust front to back in good condition. The car originally had Ziebart rustproofing and has recently had dripless oil rustproofing applied to the underbody and in the doors and rockers.
The car has 47,900 miles on the odometer and all mechanical components are in excellent condition and the vehicle is being sold safety certified (province of Ontario) ready to license and drive away. There is power steering, power brakes, air conditioning and tilt steering wheel. It has stock factory painted steel wheels with Mastercraft P22575R14 tires showing minimal wear. The wheels have factory chrome hubcaps in very good condition.
The paint is a base coat/clear coat finish in very good condition with some minor imperfections on close inspection. The exterior chrome and the interior fabric, carpets and trim are in excellent original condition.
The buyer is responsible for pick-up or shipping. This car was originally from South Carolina and was purchased and imported to Canada in 2008, so there should not be any issues with bringing it back into the US, but the buyer will be responsible for any requirements for importing the car into the US. You would buy the car safety certified, without warranty and with the following issues: There is some upholstery damage to the dashpad and one seat back and the A/C compressor is not working.Even with the issues described above, this unique in Canada car is ready for cruising and one you will be proud to show off on cruise nights!
