Challenger is in need of total restoration. Some of the major items that need to be replaced or repaired due to rust are:1. Torsion Bar Crossmember. Rusted through on Drivers side and separated ( pictured). Blocked up to prevent further separation.2. Front Drivers Side Frame Rail (pictured). Passenger side appears OK but not positive.3. Full Floor (pictured)4. Firewall (pictured)
The trunk has some minor perforation but not too bad. Upper rear quarter panels and rear frame rails look good.
Windshield is broken but the rest of the glass is in good shape. No air filter
Again, its in need of restoration.
Condition of the engine is unknown. Automatic transmission is stuck in park. I believe its just the transmission linkage that is rusted. Car was stored under a cover for years which contributed to the rusted condition.
A flatbed is definitely recommended due to the condition of the crossmember and drivers side frame rail. Also rear wheel are locked with transmission in park.
Personal Inspection is recommended due to the repairs that will be necessary to restore. Vehicle is sold "As-Is, Where-Is with no expressed or implied warranty. Deposit is non-refundable. Car comes with clear title from previous owner and Bill of Sale. Seller reserves the right to end the auction early as the car is also for sale locally. Car must be picked up 10 days after auction end.
Buyer pays fees if Paypal is used.
This is a No Reserve Auction!
