1967 Dodge Charger 383 four barrell 4 speed car pretty complete but has rust

1967 Dodge Charger, 383 4 barrel 4 speed car. Pretty complete car. Engine is not stuck. Tires are up and rolls. Car is very rusty in the floors. Trunks pan is good. Glass is all good. Car was sitting for about 30 years I'm guessing. Total restoration project or use it for parts. Does not have the correct front seat or steering wheel. Tried to take the best photos I could to show everything. Car does not have a title and will be sold on bill of sale only. Please email me with any questions.
