Car description |

We are listing this rare 1953 Dodge Coronet 2 door classic car for sale. What makes this car rare, well, there are not many of them left and they do not come up for sale in this condition often, especially with this low starting bid and No Reserve!! It doesn't take long to tell that this car is an excellent example of a "Survivor". I have no documentation as to whether this car's mileage is original, however, I believe that due to its overall condition, it is.
This classic is clean and a well maintained original car. Top is the original (not repainted) green, bottom of the car was painted a darker green over a decade ago and still shows extremely well. The car is a great cruiser with the Gyromatic transmission and freshened up original 241 Red Ram Hemi V8. Receipts will come with the car which will show that the motor was gone through about 1,500 miles ago and was in great condition. All valve lifters and Gaskets were replaced. It does have Case Hardened Valves. The radiator and heater core were rebuilt as well. Tires have very few miles on them and the interior was replaced a few years back. It also has a new tailpipe. This car starts right up with the twist of the key. There is a small amount of pitting in the chrome in places, but the car is complete, all gauges work, doors open and close as they should, Windows and locks all function as they should and it runs and drives fantastic. What more could you ask for in a Classic Hemi Hot Rod? If you are looking for a reasonable classic car for cruising or just a cool and different daily driver, this is the car for you. Thanks for looking. Bryan

I have had a Question about the chrome pitting. The only pitting is on the headlight trim rings, taillights and the front and rear Dodge Emblems. All other chrome trim, bright work and bumpers have no pitting at all.

Also, I do have pictures of the undercarriage, but don't have room to add more photos. So, if you would like to see them, call or text me and I can send them to you. Thanks. 208-869-9927
