For Sale Is My Baby, A Ground Up Restored And Customized 1968 Dodge Charger Show Car.In 2010 I Bought This Car From The Third Generation Family Member Who Have Owned This Car In North Carolina From New. (Grand Dad To His Son To His Daughter and then I.).This Car Started Life As A White Exterior/Green Interior Base Model With a BB 383 With a Column Shifter And A 727 Automatic Transmission.At Some Point About 4000 Miles (est) Before I Bought The Car In 2010, A Rebuilt Period Correct 1969 RBB 440 Was Installed To Replace The Tired 383 Engine.The Car Had Sat For A long Time In Covered Storage So The Car Was In Pretty Good Shape For Its Age.The Body Was Repaired, The Hood And Front And Rear Valances Were Replaced, And Then The Car Was Blocked To Show Quality Fit And Finish.The Car Was Painted With Two Stage Viper Red/Clear Coat, And A New Black Vinyl Top Was Added, Along With The Bumble Bee Stripes.The Interior Color Was Changed To Black And Charcoal, A 68 Console Was Added, And The Shifter Was Moved To the Floor.The Brakes Were Upgraded To 4 Wheel Power Disc, The Rear End Was Upgraded To Posi.(Sure Trac) And Frame connectors were Installed.The Engine Bay Was Tweaked,Customized, And Rewired.Many New Parts Were Installed, The Battery Was Moved To The Trunk, A New 2.5 To 3" Exhaust With Electric 3" Cut outs Were Added, Led Lights, Wheels And Tires, Etc...I Could Go On And On But I Will Try To Let The Pics Try To Show Most Of It.
