1986 Dodge Shelby GLHS #53 ( Pro built to VNT specifications )

I recently TRADED for this car for one that I had for sale. I'm not "in the know" about these cars, and especially this car. So...I'm going to refer you to a link of the shop that built this car back in 2003.

Now, here's what I CAN tell you about the car. It's a rocket, quick and it corners like it's on a rail! No know mechanical issues that I'm aware of. Even the AC blows cold on the original R-12 refrigerant! A year ago, the previous owner had the car repainted due to clear coat getting hazy. The car remained rock solid with NO rust repair, but the paint job could have been done better than it was. I think a good color sand would straighten it out. It's a good driver quality paint job. The stickers are all the correct ones duplicated from the original car. The car needs some minor cosmetics and she's ready to show and race this summer! The tires are fairly new.
