Car description |
---|
1970 dodge challenger base model, lant six automatic (auction included a V-8 K member). Complete car, unning motor and transmission. Sitting in a field for 30+ years! needs total restoration. NO RESERVE! I have seen other cars like this sell between $6,000 to $8,000. But this is nearly a complete car, lean title, ome extra parts included.
DEADBEATS JUST MOVE ON TO ANOTHER AUCTION
don't bid unless you are ready to pay!
With some initial floor pan/ deck filler replacementand mechanical repairs this car could be a driver as you restore this project car.All parts on the car are rusty or needs replaced. Do not bid unless you are ready to buythe car, here is NO RESERVE!!!! $500 deposit due at end of sale, on refundable. Car needs most frame rails repaired from rust through. All sheet metal and pans need to be replaced, ut you can drive as you restore to your level.
This car is also on joplin mo. Craig list, eserve the right to end auction early, ince it is for sale locally too. Contact me or ask questions. 417 8501972 ask for rod, will try to answer your questions. Includes a RT hood, river quality at best, /T hood Needs to be straightened, his hood was one that I had from before I got the car.Auction includesan RT deck lid, lso the original deck lid and the original hood (the original hood and deck lid are very rusty and I do not consider them to be restorable).
The Slant six engine runs smooth. This isa bucket seat car (the bucket seats are in very poor shape maybe only a few parts can be used from them), he rear seats are good enough for seat cores and appear to be usable for restoration. The car is not road worthy, eeds brakes and front end checked out since it has sat since 1982. New gas tank and sending unit. Many new motor parts. The wiring appears in tact the car has never been dismantled or parts robbed frombut loose wires and sitting so long are preventing most electrical items from functioning. All glass is good and in place, ost plastic door panels are in good condition. Headliner is out of the car, ash pad will need to be replaced. power steering car, on a/c car, rivers mirror is missing.
I have tried to be as complete as possible. Please ask questions so that there are no surprises and you can have the best understanding of what is needed to restore this car.
My rating is 100% so you can believe that I try to give as many details as possible.
Good luck!
