Dodge 3500 diesel 2wd 76k miles flat bed sprayer truck

1994 with 76k original miles......appears not to go to over drive. I think it's a simple fix but I don't know. I purchased it this way. Beautiful truck with sprayer rig included. Ooh The dash board is not cracked!!!!!!! This truck had been sitting up 1 year when I bought it. Great find for whoever gets it. My title will be here by this Thursday.
