Fifth wheel hitch is removable in case you don't need it.Yes, here are a lot of miles on this beautiful beast of a truck, ut this is the famous million mile cummins diesel engine. You will never need to do any work on this motor for the next 20 years. Automatic transmission with overdrive to maximize fuel economy. Expect 22 MPG if driven carefully on the freeway. Trans fluid is clean and it shifts through the gears perfectly. Just got an alignment the other day and it drives nice and straight down the road. Feel free to bring your mechanic for inspection.Only problems are the factory radio not turning on, nd the AC fan motor does not blow on the highest speed setting. The fan motor is a $50 part and is easy to change. I just use the next lower fan speed setting. Still stays nice and cool. As for the radio, t doesn't bother me because I just run the talk radio through the speaker on my phone anyway.
