41 dodge sedan deluxe 4 door

1941 dodge sedan deluxe. Bought as a project and never started. I will say I have a title signed by a previous owner but no title in my name. I don't know much more than this because i never started the project. It has rust and is priced low. Tires hold air and I pulled it on a dolly years ago.
