You are looking at a DROP DEAD GORGEOUS ALL Matching Numbers 1966 Dodge Charger. I have loved these cars since inception and finally got an opportunity to buy one 3 years ago. Now my wife wants an old truck so the Charger needs a new home, t is her turn. This car has been a Missouri car all it's life still retaining nearly all of it's factory parts. Previous owner disassembled it and stored it in a barn more than 20 years ago. The individual I purchased it from tried to buy it when the owner stored it but he refused to sell. When he passed he was able to purchase the car. A 2+ year restoration began. The car is registered in the 1966/1967 Dodge Charger Registry. I have the build sheet, riginal Owners Manual and the Certi Card. Tons or paperwork and receipts are included with the car. Very early production car, etails to potential buyer. The car was hauled to the shop in pieces and the restoration began. Engine was rebuilt nearly stock. The only changes being cylinder bore 030 to true the cylinders, ig Erson Camshaft Part No. E410222 and a dual feed Holley. Additionally custom valve covers and air cleaner. Beyond that the car is completely stock. The car retains the original A883 4 Speed with the Original Shifter with Reverse Lockout. Painted in it's original Yellow, have the cover off the paint can showing formula's, tc. The interior is ALL NEW except for the dash pad in EXCELLENT Conditioning Fuel system ALL NEW from tank to carb Brake System ALL NEW New Front Wheel Alignment New Window Washers I have an extra unpainted stock hood in excellent conditioning Not shown or installed are wheel well mouldings and some new window felt trim I have the correct center grill emblem in unrestored condition I have a complete jack to include the handle, ook, olt, ut, asher and spring in nearly perfect unrestored condition TRY TO FIND ONE I have a console mounted clock, ot sure if it is working. TRY TO FIND ONE Not many options on this car making it that much more rare. No power steering or brakes, ir conditioning was not an option with the 4 Speed Cars. Am Radio. As with all old cars there are some things that need some tinkering, one of any significance in my opinion. Would be happy to discuss these with you and addressed in the negotiated price. TONS of receipts. On Aug-07-15 at 12:06:00 PDT, eller added the following information:
I had the car professionally photographed today, y pictures just don't do the car justice. I will not be able to access them until Monday at which time I will post a link to these pictures. Additionally, am taking the car to the Shepherd of the Hills Car Show tomorrow and hoping to have it judged and may have some numbers and judges info to share. Thanks for looking.
