**1981 Delorean DMC12**Major Svc/Coolant System/Trans Rebuild :) GULLWING!!!

Up for sale is the one and only DMC12 Delorean sports car, a true timeless beauty and well preserved. It is in great running and driving condition with a recent transmission rebuild, complete major service, coolant service, and 4 new tires. Sitting currently at 31k miles with an automatic transmission and still in very original condition.
For those that follow the 80s classic this is a bit of a rare one as most automatics came with a black interior however this one has the grey Bridge and Weir leather. This is also the hood that everyone wants that is the same as in the movie BTTF with the grooved hood (I can arrange to swap for a gas flap if interested). Tail lights in excellent condition without any fading on orange turn signals. Original DMC windshield with rear antenna so the lines on the fender are clean as certain models have the antenna moved to the passenger side fender. Great finish to all the stainless panels with no swirl marks and all fascia look great and lineup to stainless perfectly.
A lot of little things that contribute to the personality of the car are still original and still working great. Things such as all door marker lights are working with the oem bulbs replaced to create a beautiful star pattern instead of an LED. The seats are the original grey leather with light cracking but no rips. All the gauges work on the cluster with all back lights (pic attached) and without any bouncing of needles. All struts are in great working order for doors, hood, and louvers. Even the digital clock next to the shifter is still ticking away. :-) Although she looks and drives great there are a few things left to do on the checklist. The big ones are the exhaust and the AC. There is an exhaust leak on the manifold as they are the original headers so eventually you'd want to replace them. As for the climate control the components switch on but the AC/heater system will need to be gone through as well as the stereo system redone. The headliner also needs attention but the fiberboard baseplates are in great condition. Last item is the passenger side window is currently stuck down. I can hear the electric motor working but it won't go back up. All in all it's a solid driver's car that you can enjoy and just in time for all the Back to the Future events going on in the month of October. :)
