This car has NOT been restored. but has been repainted. But. Let me tell you this is not a body shops nightmare car! SUPER SUPER CLEAN and straight! Is it a 10? Nah. but would it be hard to get there? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! So you want to hear the story of the car? Here it is! Car is NOT a one owner. but. has been in the ONE family its entire life. Dad bought the car new in 81. kept it forever and then sold to son. He hung onto it. never drove it. and then passed it back to dad. This happened a couple of times or so. and although passed hands. it was always there for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It was kept in the garage for its life when not killing bugs on the highway. The man that owns it now. was a Nissan mechanic for YEARS. and tried to get the ole man to turn loose of the car (the original owner is in his senior years now). So. after begging and pleading the man finally turned loose of it. The current owner said Jim I know the owner and the car. I knew I wanted to make this a fun car to play with. I had bugged him and bugged him for years to get it. and I wasnt going to back out on him when he finally decided to let go of it. the problem is. I got too many projects im working on!! Whoever buys this car is buying a good solid car. and I would have no regrets or worries selling it to anyone. When he bought it. it did have ALL the records and books of EVER time it got serviced. now. We are not for sure where they went. we want to disclose that as of NOW. we do not have all the service records. This car needs a cleaning and some minor cosmetic stuff on the interior. but. When its not a restore. this can be expected. with that being said you would not expect to see one so taken care of inside and out. There was a couple of small (tiny) dings and a couple of scratches on the exterior. and I tried to find all the places I could that had its minor flaws and get detailed pictures. Saw a couple of small seaps in the seals under the car. we are selling the car it sits and not fix the seals but fully disclose all we know about it. PLUS. for those of you living a long ways. you dont want a mechanic touching a car he cant warranty if your hundred/thousands miles away. I cant stress the words enough that this car really wont be a regret. It rides and drives really good. actually surprisingly good! To finish up. Because of the year model and etc. I cant call the miles "exact" or accurate. We honestly and truly belive these are accuarate and original miles soley because of the condition and history of the car. but. by no means we do not want to give ANY misrepresentation.
