Car description |

I drove a copper colored 4-speed 1977 280Z back in the early 80s, and this 5-speed honey is every bit as sweet... 35 years later!!! A pleasure to drive, holds the road well, and growls like it should. Mostly stock vehicle that was originally titled in AZ. Garaged in MD with me since 2016, and before that, garaged in Minnesota from 2010 to 2016. I did the basic and necessary work as listed below.
Here are recent the highlights:
Correct original Hitachi radio working well / antenna motor and switch working wellAC upgrade to R134A and working wellHatch lift struts replacedMCD ignition moduleNew batteryNew tiresNew clutchNew center consoleNew upper and lower transmission/shifter boots and leather coverNew windshield washer pump
The few parts I've replaced are mostly from Z Car Depot and are NOS, OEM or as close as possible.
Includes mechanic's service manual and owner's manual, cloth car cover, matching 280z floor mats, and many old parts (if wanted) as well as service receipts and other literature and historical documents.
