1966 Datsun 1600 Fairlady

Car has been in my family since early 80's. Southern California born and raised. Odometer broken and engine rebuilt in 90's. Still in contact with engine builder. Runs. Drives great. Working on breaks. Rebuilt breaks all the way to calipers. In process of Volvo conversion. Master clutch and slave cylinder rebuilt. Everything else is original as far as I can tell. I never saw it with the top up but it does work. Has some problems. Please see pics. Have roll of new material to make new top plus box of parts. Rebuilt carbs and fuel lines. Always garage kept unless under the sun. Great car. Lots of fun to drive. I have inherited this. Although I have worked on it and continue upkeep just not part of my plan to ever own. Car has always been cared for and has had many good times that I have been around. Testing market. If no bites I will turn it into a SCCA race car and drive it till the wheels fall off.
