For sale is my very original survivor quality '69 Nissan L60 Patrol. This is one of the last Patrols badged under the Nissan name but sold thru Datsun dealerships. I have owned it for almost 4 years. The Bamboo Tan paint is the 50 year old factory original paint, with the exception of the top cap which was painted when removed for a new headliner. This Patrol has it's share of dings and dents but zero rust other than some surface rust as pictured on the floors. The underside is very original and clean and as shown, this Patrol still has it's original skid plates on the fuel tank, transmission & transfer case and on the engine oil pan! Also original are the locking fuel cap and locking plate on the original Toyo spare tire/wheel! Even the jack, engine crank, dash knobs and dealer installed AM radio are still there! The tires, tubes and rim liners are new with only 600 miles of use. The brakes have been totally rebuilt including the original master cylinder. The brake hoses, wheel cylinders and shoes are new. The clutch/hydraulics we're completely rebuilt 5 years and 8000 miles ago and are working perfectly. The factory 3 speed shifts perfectly(1st gear being non-synchro). The four wheel drive works good also and has Selectro locking front hubs. All interior shifter/emergency brake boots are new. The original seats we're re-upholstered over 3 years ago. I have spent over $600 for original and reproduction weather stripping for the rear slider windows and front window scrapers and door bottoms. Everything is in working order and original including the windshield washers! Under the hood is also completely original including the paint on the air cleaner, valve cover and engine. The engine starts/runs perfectly-just having oil & filter changed and valves adjusted. This Patrol feels like it could climb a tree, but from what I was told was very seldom driven off-road! I am including lots of extra parts including but not limited to a new decal/sticker kit, spark plugs, oil filter and a copy of the factory service manual and original owner's manual. This Patrol is worthy of a new paint job but I could not bring myself to do it and would rather leave the option open to the new owner.
