Datsun 2000 cc 5 spd manual car. My brother and I painted the car and built the motor about 25 years ago. The engine was bored .030 over and new pistons. The crank and rod journals were .010 over. All new chains and tensioners. The motor was balanced. Very little driving since. This car has sat in storage most of the time. It has a set of 40mm webers tuned to 5280 feet. They have K&N filters that fit over the velocity stacks. It runs great. No smoke, no leaks and it sounds awesome. The trans works well also. The suspension is tight. I bleed the brakes and clutch. They all work well. All the rubber parts have deteriorated over time and will need to be replaced. You could drive it home. The body, doors, hood and trunk lid all have good alignment. The driver door shuts but has a little sag and could use some adjustment. The paint is a old metallic and has some scratches and defects. The car has some rust in the usual spots. Mud and water collects in the front fenders. Rust happens in the rocker and fenders. We capped the rocker and made a bracket to hold the bottom of the fender. That helped water to not collect in the fender area. Drivers fender, right and left rear fenders all have rust and bondo. The floor pans look solid.
