This car has led a pampered life always parked in a garage, never driven in snow. I found this car at an estate sale inside a older gentleman's garage He stated that he parked it back in 1998 because it was running rough and the headlights went out and after changing the, they still didn't work. He was adamant about the mileage being only 38,000 and that he rarely drove it. It has been sitting there ever since. Long story short, after seeing how clean and rust free the entire car was, I bought it and had it towed home. The first thing I did was drain the gas and buy a new fuel pump and filter, along with a new battery and all fresh fluids, hoses, and belts that needed replaced. Other items I replaced are both front brake hoses, front tires and the radiator, it leaked and was just as much to fix as buy a new one. every gauge works perfectly as they are supposed to, even the clock. I found two injectors that the connections were corroded, cleaned them and the car ran better but the real gremlin was the fuel pressure regulator. Changed it, now it runs great.Headlights turned out to be the switch by the steering wheel. The car is now fully functional and you can drive it anywhere.Little clues that lead me to believe the gentleman and the odometer only reading 38,000 miles are as follows. No wear on the pedals or carpet, still retains euscutcheon plate which is usually long gone, and it still has its original cat converter and muffler! No cut wires, nobody monkeyed with the a.f.m. It is just as it was new, with the exception of the new pressure regulator. It has a few bumps and scratches suffered during its long slumber but still looks amazing. Call for more details 847-697-489six ----BILL
