Unique. original Mopars like this 1961 Chrysler don’t come around too often. This rust-free Texas car still has its original paint. interior. dash. steering wheel. and headliner. Power comes from a strong-running 383 big-block matched with a pushbutton TorqueFlite 727 trans. The Newport is loaded with luxury items such as factory air conditioning. power steering and brakes. The needs minimal TLC to get it in cruising condition. One exhaust manifold is cracked. and Reverse does not work on the transmission. The brake pads need replacement. and the front seat bottoms and carpet are worn as well. Otherwise. the car is in great condition. We will be more than happy to put it on a rack for anyone to inspect.
