Rare 1948 Chrysler Windsor 3 passenger Coupe Fully Restored to nearly concourse condition and now NO RESERVE! That's right. he knocked $10k off the price and now ONE BID WINS. You will never be able to build a car this nice for the money. He spent over $11. 00 on bright work alone! He didn't order some cheap chrome job. he wen through the pain of getting an even nice die cast grill so it would be perfect with everything else when it's done. Since it's restoration. he has only driven the car a total of 600 miles since it's full restoration completed in 2010! No lower offers will be accepted. this is as low to AWSOME as it will be listed. So don't miss your chance to own a very collectible classic automobile for half of what it would take to build one to this high of quality (if you can find a nice car to start with). These were only produced from 1946-1948 and only 1600 were made. This car has had a full mechanical restoration. with everything done to top condition! To show how beautiful it now is. we have taken nearly 80 pic of the car to showcase the high quality of detail he went through to restore it. Car runs and drives excellent. every part that could be restored and made functional was done to make it a dependable and fun driver. Spitfire engine and fluid drive transmission are done to better than factory and run smooth. Body was stripped down to bare metal and all work was done to the highest standards before being painted with single stage black paint. Every bit of detail that could be done to this car was done to better than new from the chrome fender welt to the felt lining in the glovebox. he did not hesitate to make this car a true beauty. Glass. rubber trim is all new! New and correct bias ply tires really compliment this classic. All chrome is new and in superb condition. Interior is also restored to better than you would see and done in Highland Plaid upholstery. Only problem with this car is that the clock stopped working. otherwise it's good to go. This car was restored 6 year ago and store indoors and taken out only on sunny days. car shows and relaxing drives on the weekend. Look around and you will see any done to museum quality like this outside of private collections.
