This 1968 Chrysler Newport:
4-door hardtop is rare, garage-kept example of one of Chrysler's best mid-60s full-size models. It is absolutely stunning and virtually original in every way. The mileage shown (34k) is actual. Everything works on this beautiful survivor and it still drives like new. The Newport's finish of Silver is in excellent condition along with all exterior chrome/stainless and black vinyl top. An original black vinyl interior is also in very good condition and sounds are provided by a factory AM stereo. The 383ci 'Chrysler B' motor is the factory matching-numbers engine, never rebuilt. It is fitted with a 2V carb and outputs 270bhp. This MOPAR big-block still sounds strong. It is backed by a Chrysler 3-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission and the chassis is equipped with power steering, power brakes and torsion bar front suspension.
