1963 CHRYSLER NEWPORT CONVERTIBLE

1963 CHRYSLER NEWPORT CONVERTIBLE, I purchased this car a while back but life throws you curve balls. I have decided to let it go so here is what I know about it. Its a local California car, is suppose to be a two owner car? The car has a 1978 440 sitting in it that turns over by hand but is missing an oil pan, I ordered one but it does not fit with the factory cross member, The car came with a new convertible top in a box in the the trunk. The box has fallen apart bt the top and back window are in excellent shape. Although it was registered a few years ago the tires seem to be about 15 years old. The previous owner claimed the car ran when he got it but I find that hard to believe seeing how the damage oil pan that was the wrong one. The car is very solid with the exception of a small hole in the driver floor below the brake pedal. I was told all the parts were with the car. It is missing the front grill insert. All the glass is good and the body is very straight. It looks like it has been painted once with two stage and the clear coat is peeling.
