Car description

1964 CHRYSLER NEWPORT !!!Factory Three on the Floor!!!This is a (Solid) car. Car comes with original (Build) sheetTitled in my name. However most the codes I cannot find. ?Includes a letter from the Chrysler Owner relations department (Issued) in 1988 stating that it represents less than 1/10th of 1% of cars produced. Assuming It is one of 2710 (3 Speed) cars (Ordered) or produced. I have no way of authenticating the document. But please feel free to research this. Remember it is a 3 speed not a 4 speed. And a (Newport) not a 300. Please remember this is a (Chrysler). Not a Dodge / Plymouth / De Soto etc. To the best of my knowledgeThe only models of Chrysler offered with a (Manual) transmission this year were the (Newport) and the (300). In fact new information seems to imply that the floor shift was an (Option) in the (300K) Auto trans was standard. Nice survivor car. Easy restoration or just to drive. At time of listing the car is fully functional. (Meaning) All lights and turn signals as well as Motor / Brakes andTransmission are in working order. Needs a wind-shield. Fuel gauge also not accurate. At time of listing Odometer shows 81. xx Mi. However the car is being driven occasionally so there may be more at time of sale. Has a block heater in it. Works good. The car has the radio delete plate in it now. But the radio plate is included as well. Along with an extra hub-cap for the spare. Car has a completely new ignition system /Ballast resistor / Coil / Cap & Rotor / Points & Condenser and front brake system (Hoses) wheel cylinders and shoes. Which are 11"x3"Also tank cleaned with new rubber for fill neck and seal for sending unit. Also have new plugs and a fresh oil change for it. Car is being sold AS IS !!!No warranty of (ANY) kind stated or implied!!!Remember this vehicle has been here for half a century. :)One more note. I noticed that Ebay is suggesting (Inspections). If you want it inspected' All responsibility and cost are to be paid by buyer. Again please ask (all) questions before bidding!!!I will post the best pictures I can. Please ask any questions before bidding. Also in the event the buyer (Backs out) of deal Deposit will not be refunded!!!I can hold the vehicle for up to 30 days if need be. Thank You. Also Please read the shipping requirements. Vehicle will (NOT) be released and or delivered until all monies have been (Physically) received!!!Do Not miss your chance to own a piece of American History. And the chance to drive some classic MOPAR MUSCLE!!! Yes I believe even by today's standards (390) ft lbs of torque (Advertised) is (Sufficient) for a car weighing in at around 4000 lbs. And the possibilities for (Bolt in) horsepower are numerous. Thank You. AndHappy Bidding.
