Car description

The Chrysler TC by Maserati was introduced at the 1986 Los Angeles Auto Show, ostensibly to become a 1987 model, the TC (Turbo Convertible, according to the dealer window sticker) actually didn't appear until the 1989 model year. The concept for this luxury two-seat convertible dated back to 1984, when Chrysler bought 15.6 percent of Maserati the majority of the remaining stake belonging to De Tomaso Industries with the idea of having Maserati produce a small number of luxury cars for the Detroit automaker. 1990was the second year of TC production only1,900 units werebuilt by Officine Alfieri Maserati S.p.A. in Milan. With the removable hardtop included, the no-options sticker price was $35,000, or $67,000 in today's dollars. Thesespecial vehicles highlighted aninternational flare in its design, execution and construction. They perform well, and remain wonderfully attractive. The TC America Club is an active bodyof enthusiasts. Their events and newsletters will help the vehicle remain supported.

This great example has traveled only 37,000 miles since new. Its equipped with a full complement of power and convenience features including: Power Windows, Power door locks, Cruise control, Power leather seats, Power mirrors, Stereo cassette with graphic equalizer, Soft top and hard top, Tilt steering wheel, Air Conditioning, Leather covered dash board, Burled wood surfaces, 3.0 liter V 6 engine, 4 speed automatic transmission and more. Its original White paint gleams along with the brightwork. The car appears completely rust free and body is in excellent condition. The leather interior is also quite plush with the only minor wear spot on the drivers bolster to show evidence of use. The burled wood accents are in excellent condition and look rich. The convertible top is excellent with virtually no signs of wear and the rear glass is perfect. The hard top is also in very good condition. The headliner is clean and taught. The rear glass with defroster is near perfect but the porthole glass does show some delimitation from heat and age. All 4 tires are in excellent condition and have 90% tread. The engine runs perfectly. Its smooth and quiet and performs as new. The 4 speed, automatic transmission shifts smoothly and works great.

The car has a clean CarFax and has just completed a major service including full brake service, all fluids replaced and a new battery. It is a joy to drive and its ready for fun in the sun.
