Selling my 65 New Yorker, she is a solid car, and a joy to drive! My most recent road trip with her was in March 2017, with two of my friends. We went to Vegas for March Madness in style, listening to the Rat Pack on the way. It was a 540 mile round trip, and she performed flawlessly. Before the trip I installed new brakes, drums, tires, and suspension. Boy what a great ride, especially for as big and heavy as she is, stops on a dime! What is left for the new owner to do: Factory ac doesn't work, I had the compressor rebuilt, and a new heater core installed. There's a leak in the condenser coil, and wont hold a charge, needs to be replaced. Drivers side rear window motor needs to be replaced, bought it, new owner can install it. Factory speaker in middle of front dash needs to be replaced, bought it, new owner can install it. Had Factory stereo refurbished, and is good to go. Have the stock valve covers that need to be put back on, due to the chrome after market ones leaking, drivers side leaks some oil, after I already put new gaskets on. That being said, i didn't have to add any oil on the 540 mile road trip, that gives you an idea of the leak. Other than that, she is sound, solid, and a great driving machine with plenty of power! I have tons of spare parts that I've collected over the years anytime I saw anything 65 New Yorker at shows, or swap meets, I bought it! At least three nice size boxes of spare NOS, and used parts that go with the car. Will fill up the entire trunk, never threw anything away, have stock air cleaner, and all four hub caps in excellent condition. This is not my first rodeo selling cars, and recreational vehicles on ebay, please see my feedback as a seller, from other Americans in the US that have left for me. I will always make everything right, bottom line, that's the kind of guy I am. I have had many cars so far, and love preserving them, driving them, and letting the next American enjoy as I have these great classics! Call me anytime with your questions, I'm always happy to talk Cars!
