Car description

Very complete hardly untouched original car other than an early 80's repaint, ot a lot of these out there. The body lines are near perfect. Impression's on Pass side on the fender and the back edge area of the door from getting it out of the garage.

This car has never been out of Los Angeles County.

I'm a Ford person don't hold it against me! I bought this with the intentions ofpassing it on to you. It wouldn'tbe available,if Ididn't buy it.Sohope yourhappy that you have the opportunity to buy it, nstead of me keeping it!

I Probably won't come across this opportunity in my lifetime again, ow about you.

I'm not being a smart %&@ about this next statement just trying to weed out the non serious buyers wasting my time.

Do NOT call and ask, hat will you take, r what is your reserve?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I own and run a service based business.I have time for you but, on't have time for unreasonable offers.

You should know what a reasonable price is. So make a reasonable offer. If we are close then we can continue the discussion. If I was to sell it for an unreasonable price it would be wise of you to question what am I doing, hat is he trying to hide or not be upfront about. Let's be fair to both of us!!! Don't guess or hope to purchase it unreasonably. I will probably hang up on you, ake note of your # and not answer your call again. Don't ruin your chances on buying it. I do want to sell the car to a beloved Chevy or Chevelle lover or anyone that appreciates the car and what it is. They stopped making these a long time ago. Finding them in this condition is even harder. I know what the market value is and want close to it. I also know that it is not a SS.

The pictures will tell the condition of the car better than I can describe it. I don't know how to put more of the pictures right here onthe listing.

Idownloaded all my pictures that I have of the car at this website: barnrides.com

I'm trying to get a short video of it runningas well. Keep checking for it. I'm computer challenged, nd relying on friends to help me!

Very Important statement

I have had the car properly brought back to every day running condition by a speciality hot rod shop here in town. Specific details that I state below are from the person who went thru and did all the work to get the car roadworthy again."The shocks are the only thing that you might want to do". He has done all new wheel cylinders, rain the gas tank and cleared the gas lines, ebuilt the carb, ecored the 4 core radiator kept the Harrison tanks, new clutch fan, n, nd on, nd on. You get the point.

You can drive it anywhere. The tires are still from 1992 but have no dry rot.

IT'S road worthy. I drove it in town and the freeway up to 75MPH today, t was 100* out and had no issues. I put about 30-40 miles on it

I've been told by the shop that this is a #s matching car.

You make your own assumption about the mileage. The interior is in very, ery, good shape to have over 200K or more miles. So I'm pretty sure It's less than that. It's been very well taken care of.

Again UNTOUCHED other than whatthe shopdid and the repaint!

The woman who owned before me used it for towing her roadside coffee stand trailer. The round receiver and hitch, s very unique. This is the only one I have ever seen.

You will get all the papers listed below which I was able to secure when I purchased it.

"Pink Slip" title which was issued to her on 12/84.

Original Hand written Bill of sale to the person who is listed now on the title dated 10/84

Vehicle is in Ca. non operated status

Heater core was replaced on 11/5/84 on that receipt the mileage is 53,335

12/87 left muffler replaced 56,420

2/92 Tires 59,850

10/15/05 oil change 62,422

250 HP 327 4 barrel

It had the original water pump but for being able to drive it with dependability, new one was put on

Has the 4core Harrison Radiator

I have no proof but I believe that it is a 4 bolt main because of the plug by timing chain cover, amp; 327, amp; 12 bolt rear-end. It would make sense that the factory would do that.

Power glide Trans that was just serviced

Power Steering

Factory Tilt Wheel

Factory A/C

12 Bolt 3:31 (Non Posi)

The A/C works, lows cool (75*) but not cold, t has not been retrofitted or changed to R134.

It still has the T3 headlights in it, hey all work like they should, ll 4.

The Clock works intermittently so thereis hope for it. Cig lighter heats up and glows.

California garage find, rue survivor. All original untouched interior with factory tilt wheel. This is a very clean original car that is rust free. Rust Free to me means Rust free. I'm originally from upstate NY so I know what rust is.

Your buying a 50 year old car, hink About that,1/2 a century old!!!

I have it in a secure building with secure access, o it can stay up to 30 days after paying and I am willing to bring it to a shipper in the La area. I will also accommodate any transporter in picking it up. I have access 24/7to that building.
