1947 Chevy Truck

I just added a picture of the vin plate the numbers match the title and cab card. I have had several messages about this being different years and different cabs and dashes. As far as we know this is a 1947 my grandpa bought this in 1974-75 and has stayed the same since his purchase so if something is not original it happened before this purchase I don't really know. A guy that is very knowledgeable in classic cars thinks it could be a early 47'. When posted it did run but the fuel went out so it no longer runs might be the fuel line plugged or fuel pump. Not much for brakes my dad said and when it did run the gauges did work. I have no other details regarding year and such as far as we know it's an original 47.
