I am retired Navy and the vehicle has a Lien thru USAA when car sells I will have to pay off lien to release the title so car will be released when paid for in full and will provide a bill of sale once funds have cleared my bank then once lien has been paid off with the funds from the sale I will over night the title and lien release to the new owners tags are current and up to date in state of Oklahoma.
