1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo 350 V8

Up for sale is a 1972 Chevy Monte Carlo with 74800 original miles. It comes with the 350 V8 engine. This Monte Carlo is one of the nicest ORIGINAL 1972's out there. Never driven in the winter no rust a nice dry clean car!! This one was built in Canada.ENGINE:The engine is numbers matching with 74800 miles. Runs and drives great no issues. Motor was rebuilt 5000 miles ago. The car starts right up and drives really nice. It does have a small oil leak when parked. It has chrome air cleaner and chrome valve covers. Still have the original air cleaner and original valve covers and components to put back to stock.INTERIOR:The interior is immaculate. The seats both front and back are in really good condition. No rips or tears at all. Same with the door panels and rear panels. The dash is really nice it has no cracks on it. The carpet is really nice as well. The clock on the dash does not work. The car is equipped with an aftermarket AC unit that appears to be period correct. It was possibly installed by the dealer. Currently it is not hooked up. It would need the belt installed and possibly recharged. The car has an AM radio with an aftermarket FM Tuner that works fine. The Floor mats are not the originals. There is a hole about the size of a dime on the headliner above the rear view mirror. EXTERIOR:The exterior of the car for being 43 years old is amazing. Most of the paint is original and shows very well. The only area that appears to be touched up is the driver side door. The roof and the hood have some lacquer checking but only visible when standing next to the car. I would rate the paint on this car a 7 out of 10. There is no rust on this car very clean and dry. The bottom of the doors and the rockers have no rust very clean. All floor pans in good shape no holes or rust. The underneath of car was undercoated. The bumpers are original and are in like new condition they cleaned up very well. The same goes for the rest of the chrome and stainless very nice shape. The Chevy Rally wheels are original and are in good shape. The trim rings are clean and nice. The Chevy Rally wheels are mounted on Firestone FIREHAWK INDY 500 tires that are fairly new. The trunk area is clean as well. Still has original spatter paint. Still has the original spare (never been used) and the original jack. This is a really nice 1972 Chevy Monte Carlo that is a survivor. Here is you chance to own a really nice original car. This is more than just driver quality.
