For sale is one 1962 Corvette 327/340 hp 4 speed manual transmission. Fawn beige with fawn interior and white top. This car has received 2 NCRS Duntov awards 1 NCRS National Top Flight award 2 Regional NCRS Top Flight awards and one Performance Verification Award. Only 978 Corvettes have ever received the Duntov Mark of Excellence Award. This car did it twice! All awards were in the early to late 1990's. With all these awards you know this is a correct numbers matching car. The numbers on the engine are F0319RE 210889 3795397 and the cast date is 3-16-2. The car starts runs and drives great. The body on the car is excellent with uniform gaps between all the body panels. The doors fit flush to the body. All bonding strips are in place. It is believed that the paint interior and top are original. The paint has touch ups and minor cracks. The top has a small tear and some fraying. Everything works except for the radio. It has new tires brakes and rebuilt carburetor.A $2500 deposit is required within 48 hours of the close of the auction. Inspections are welcomed but must be done BEFORE the end of the auction.
