Up for bid is a very original 1952 Chevrolet 3100 pickup. This truck spent most of its life in the mid west on a farmand was shipped to Vermont about 15 years ago. Since owning the truck I have kept it as stock as possible. In thepast 2 years I havereplaced the tires brakes muffler points condenser and plugs. It has a 235 straight 6 engine with a 3 speed column shift transmission. The engine runs very smooth and quiet. The transmission is very tight and shifts perfect. This truck drives very good at highway speed. The body is very solid for its age. It does have dents in dings from use on the farm. The truck does have a few spots of rust mainly between the kick panelsand the floor as well as the cab corner on the drivers side. I have included pics of these areas.Idecided not to restore it. I enjoyed driving it just the way it is. I have driven the truck to a few local car shows and it draws as much or moreattention then fully restored vehicles. It does have a few issues thewindow glass in both doors is cracked the speedometer does not work(I do have a correct used replacement) and the windshield wipers do not workthe center linkage is missingother than that everything else works as it should. It is currently inspected and registered. I try to drive it at least a couple days a month during the summer. Vermont does not title vehicles 15 years and older. The truck will be sold with a bill of sale and a copy of the current registration. I am willing to ship but the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost and arrangements. I can assist with loading. Please email with any questions.
