WEEK END CRUISER OR?SO MANY TOYS AND NOT ENOUGH TIME. I have had this truck for 4 years and all I have done to it is fix the charging system and install a u-joint. Time to move it alongThis is a 1963 Corvair Corvan 6 door cargo van. While a little over 11000 were built they were a work truck and few survived in this condition. The body is straight and the engine is good.The truck runs and drives.The engine is a 102 HP truck block with alternator conversion. It does not smoke and has good compression. 160 to 170 psi on all 6 cylinders. Engine code is T0208VD.Transmission is a 4 speed. It shifts smoothly with no noise.Paint is a backyard special and has cracked and bubbled in places that do not show in photosRUST. There is some. The passenger side floor board has a 7"X10" hole. The driver side has some pin holes. The right rear cargo door has a rust hole in the bottom corner about the size of my finger tip. Shown in pictures.Truck is approximately 95% complete. It does have an aftermarket turn signal assembly wired into it. It is missing the dome light and some trim screws. There are sunvisor brackets and rods but no visors.There is a 2-speed wiper with windshield washer. The ignition key works in the front doors. The rear door handle does not have a key.Odometer shows 8851 but unknown if the odometer has rolled over or has been replaced.This truck was last licensed in California in 2009. It has a clear Georgia title but is located in Michigan.Vehicle must be picked up before June 15.
