1968 Chevelle SS 396 4spd Real 138 car

You're looking at factory SS 396 Chevelle 4 speed with console. The car is well maintained. It is a year old restoration The 396 runs strong with no hesitations The ignition is an MSD which supplies superior spark for instant starts.The motor is 550 hp. It is tuned perfectly and doesn't heat over 180. The motor is pump gas friendly. The ceramic headers and 3' exhaust are a perfect fit for the engine output. The car is factory air but the compressor and brackets are gone and could easily restored. The transmission is a numbers matching Muncie M21 and shifts smoothly. A new clutch assembly was installed. The brakes have had a full brake job. The car has drum brakes with power assist. The rear is a 373 12 bolt posi with limited slip that was built with Richmond gears and a Yukon limited slip differential. The gas tank is new. The body has all original panels no bondo or patch areas. The floor pans and trunk pans are solid. The paint is a beautiful base/clear Torch Red that is buffed and polished to a deep shine. The car is straight. The body trim is new as are the bumpers rear light bezels and lenses front park lights and lenses reverse lamps and lenses side markers and SS emblems and hood grille ornaments. The windshield and rear glass are new as are the trims. The interior has new carpet new headliner new dash pad and a new top console plate The front and rear glass is new.
