1951 Chevrolet Fleetline Kustom This is a daily driver mild kustom that gets a ton of attention. The Fleetlines don't come around often and look great no matter what you do to them with the fastback look. Drivetrain: - Original 235ci 6-Cylinder. - Motor runs well. Cruises at 70mph for long distances without issue - Has recently had the head (top-end) redone. - 3 Speed/3-on-the-tree shifter - Shifts well - Straight exhaust - Side pipes are cosmetic only - Chevy 10 bolt rear end - Drums all around stops well - Electric fan with original radiator - Engine Temperature stays about 165 - Front suspension has been rebuilt - Body The body is very straight. A lot of time went into having very clean & straight lines all around the car. It does have some minor cosmetic issues here and there around the bottom of the door and a couple of bugs I just can't get out. - Body modifications: Door handles have been shaved. Drip rails have been shaved. Nose has been decked. Trunk has been shaved. Frame has been removed from the body blasted and painted. The photos show very little if any surface rust on the under neath. Any surface rust can easily be cleaned up with a wire wheel and can of paint. The car has been lowered 2" in the front and 4" in the rear. Kustom paint job. Semi-Gloss black all around. Chrome trim was blasted then painted a gloss black. Pinstriped roof line painted and striped as well. It does need the headliner put in and the driver and windows in the doors put in. Chrome steelies with moon caps and wide whites up front. Carpet has been replaced with soundproofing underneath it. If I were to keep this car the next thing I would do is put air suspension in the back and lower the front another 2". I can help arrange shipping - I know a few very reputable companies.
