1967 Chevrolet El Camino. Located near Tampa Florida. Originally a 327 / Powerglide car. converted to a 396 Big Block and Turbo 400. Originally Granada Gold with Gold interior. Original AC car. but AC and heat removed and set up for aftermarket AC to be installed. Car was built in California. Professionally built and installed 396 Big Block and Turbo 400 transmission with less than 500 miles since rebuild. Engine is a '66 block and is an original L-35 bored . 060 over. Heads are numbers matching to block. Closed Chamber oval ports with a three angle valve job and hardened exhaust seats. Forged crank with Speed Pro domed pistons with 10. 25 compression. Tuned to run on pump gas. Weiand Street Warrior polished intake. Quick Fuel 750 vacuum secondary carb. Just installed new Howards Cam with . 510 lift. lifters. and push rods. HEI ignition. ceramic coated long tube headers. high volume water pump. new 3 core radiator. New underhood wiring harness. flex fan. and new reproduction fan shroud. New 2. 5" exhaust with stainless '70 Chevelle tips. Has slight exhaust leak on passenger header. Recently converted to 4 Wheel Disc brakes. professionally installed. Front and Rear Suspension was totally rebuilt at the same time with new poly bushings. new Monroe shocks up front and Monroe Air Shocks in rear. and the control arms were powdercoated. Steering was rebuilt with new center link. inner and outer tie rods. and new ball joints. Rearend has 3. 30 gear and was rebuilt with new bearings. Superior Axles. and Richmond locker. Rallye wheels. 15x7 front and 15x8 rear. New BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires. 255/60/15 front and 275/60/15 rear. New steel 2" cowl hood. Interior is in decent shape. Split Bench seat is good. no tears or rips. Summit Tach and Sunpro guages. Will need new carpet and dash trim to be 100%. Will include box of small parts for cluster. cluster lense. and heater/AC lense. Body is solid. Will need some body work and paint. Has small rust spots at a couple of the wheelwells. rear window channel. and passenger drip rail. Dent on passenger door at lower body line. Passenger floor pan has some rust due to water leak at cowl. Car is very reliable. Starts on the first crank. does not run hot and carries good oil pressure. Available for local pickup.
