Numbers Matching 1974 Corvette Stingray Convertible

Here’s the run down. I bought the car from a guy here in Calgary about 2 years ago and to my knowledge he bought it from a guy in Florida and had it brought up. When I got it hadn’t been driven much here in Canada. The odometer showed 54k but I have no idea if that’s original. the speedo doesn’t work. I believe the paint is original. it’s the original color anyhow. I have the AC pump and original rally wheels trim rings and caps if you wanted to put them back on. This is what I have done to the car New steering assist ram assembly New convertible top All new gauges New tach New door panels Replaced driver’s door hinges New driver’s door latch mechanism New heater control Replaced all the dash vacuum lines New storage area locks. trim New wheels and tires New electronic ignition module New seat belts New starter What needs to be done Oil leak (I think it’s the rear main seal) Fix the speedometer. I think it’s the driven gear in the trans. Rebuild the carb Repaint The rear bumper needs some fiberglass repair. Originally these had a rubber 2 piece rear bumper but this has been replaced at some point with a fiberglass replacement from Ecklers in Florida. Trans linkage needs to be looked at. It shifts fine just the gate is a bit funny. it has a bit too much play is all. If I were to do a full restoration I’d lift the body and take care of all the suspension as well.
