European Air Horn System – with quad trumpets and dual compressors Brand new. custom louvers for the rear window. Without the louvers. the car can soak up quite a lot of sun and heat. With the louvers the car is very comfortable. The louvers are hinged at the top and can be swung up for cleaning the rear window Brand new battery cutoff switch Brand new security device which locks the steering wheel to the brake pedal Comes with 2 custom corvette covers. A heavy duty one ($250) for when the car is parked for longer periods of time. and a lightweight cover ($40) for use when traveling. Both covers are breathable. and do not harm the lustrous finish. The expensive cover comes with it's own duffel bag. Also included are a new “Chiltons” shop service manual & a very complete. Corvette factory assembly manual in a 3 ring binder. The headlights pop up & down as they should. all lights work. the electric windows go up and down. and the windshield wipers work. 2 sets of keys & Clear Title in hand. I never got around to installing new T-Top weather seals or new door weather seals. I never drove the car unless it was clear and sunny out. so these things kept getting put to the end of my things to do list. The T-Tops function just fine. however to stop drips when washing the car. I put a bead of clear silicone around the T-Tops. I would just leave the T-Tops on until you get around to replacing the gasket seals – so it won't drip when washing the car. You wouldn't know the silicone bead was there if I didn't point it out to you. Two custom carry bags for the T-Tops are included. Also: The inside door pulls are in need of reinforcing. This was pointed out to me when I bought the car. and this item also ended up at the tail end of my to-do list. The doors open and close just fine – I just don't use the door pulls. I was told that this is a very common problem with these cars and that there is some kind of upgrade kit available from places that specialize in Corvette restorations and repairs.
