1963 Chevrolet Impala 283 3 Speed Manual Trans Rusty NEEDS new frame NO SHIPPING

Description

This is a 1963 Impala RUNS WELL not driveable due to clutch/brake issues . Oil looks good . Has new battery and spark plug, points and condenser . Turns over fine . CAR IS VERY RUSTY UNDERNEATH .
Mileage/odometer is in excess of mechanical limits !!

Frame is extremely weak and unrepairable from rust holes
Needs floors also .
I think best suited for a rat rod with a custom chassis.
All body panels have some level of rust .
The spare in the trunk has the original 1963 rim/wheel but the tire is worn out .
Doors Hood and Trunk lid open and close just fine so body alignment is good .
Rims are 15 inch Rocket brand with quite a bit of pitting .
Tires are very old with numerous age cracking
Door glass on both sides rolls up and down without issue .
3 speed on the tree original trans .
Original 2 barrel 195 HP 283 engine .
Glass is good shape .
Only obvious body work done is the left front fender just ahead of the driver door.
Rest of car looks unrestored .
Passenger side of body is very straight .
Driver side has several dents/dings
All original interior .
Back seat is excellent while front is rough but all there .
Grille is excellent but surrounding trim is rough .
Dash looks pretty decent still has good glovebox liner .
Built in Janesville Wisconsin and has the rust to prove it .
