Up for Auction is a very nice 1965 Impala SS. It is a real 166 car with some tasteful modifications. The car has an aftermarket air conditioning system, power drum brakes and power steering. It runs and drives the way it should. Its equipped with a 383 Crate motor from T&L engines mated to a Th400 transmission and has a 12 bolt open 3.07 rear with boxed control arms and sway bar. The paint is really nice on this car, better than driver quality, but not a 100 point show car. It is very straight also, (black shows everything). The most unique feature of the car is the hood. The previous owner graphed in a set of 1967 Chevelle SS hood scoops with the orginal hood. They look factory and make you think why GM didn't make them this way from the factory. In the pictures is a list of work done to the car, there is also a set of 20" Foose wheels shown on the car in one picture.
