I am trying to get rid of my current project car. This is an all original 1981 Chevrolet El Camino Conquista. The truck is equipped with a 3. 8l 229cid V6 engine coupled with a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission. The drivetrain has approximately 141k miles on it. The truck needs some work. both mechanical and cosmetic. but it does run and drive. However. I would definitely not recommend driving this car away. so bring a flatbed. The truck has a clean Georgia title. The car has a brand new Rochester Dualjet 210 carburetor. a new distributor cap and rotor. a new ignition coil. new spark plug wires. new spark plugs. a new alternator. a new battery. a new starter. a new master cylinder. and new front brake rotors and brake pads. The brakes still need to be bled. The car also has a nice set of 15x8 chrome rally wheels and the tires have decent tread. The car has some body damage and some rust. There is a very small amount of surface rust on the bed of the truck. The floor pans need to be replaced. The previous owner cut the muffler off. The steering column needs to be replaced. I have removed some of the emissions equipment from the engine - the air pump. the air management valve. and the EGR solenoid. None of these things are necessary. because this car is emissions exempt. This El Camino has been a GA car from day one. It was assembled at GM's old Doraville. GA plant (identified by the "D" in the VIN number) and it was sold in Conyers at a Chevrolet dealership. I am the third owner. The second owner used the truck for work. which is evident by the little dents and dings around the truck. Again. this truck is all original and I have the title. so it is a great candidate for restoration. Please contact me directly at (404) 453-3593 if you're interested in purchasing the truck. This vehicle is being sold as-is with no warranty.
