1951 Chevy 3100 Panel Truck - last registered in Ohio

Sold "AS-IS" 1951 Chevrolet Panel Wagon. I do not know who made renovations to this vehicle. Condition is "Used". Battery was stolen in 2019 & hood hinge is missing a bolt . I purchased the vehicle in Oberlin Ohio from a daughter of the previous owner in August of 2017 to make it a hobby project I had a stroke and can not do the project vehicle last ran in MID 2018 engine has not been turned over since.this.
