1985 GMC C2500 (C20) Sierra Classic Long bed pickup truck. Big block 454 with auto 400 trans. 81,000 original miles and the truck shows it. Purchased new and used/stored solely in Sacramento, California. Power breaks, power steering, tilt column, power windows (working), power locks (works), air conditioning(needs charge), dual working tanks (works), billet grille and trailer brakes, the truck is loaded. New headliner, the rest of the interior (carpet and door panels) are in original but great shape besides dash which has a few cracks but still in good shape and has a excellent cover. Seat is a original late model 60/40 bench in good shape no tears. Paint has excellent patina, something you can be proud to take to car shows or even do a Mecum/Barret Jackson style resto mod but also use to take to the home improvement store on the weekends and use as a truck like it was intended to be without worrying. Chrome steel 16 inch wheels that are driver quality, tires have good tread but are showing there age with some side wall cracking. Side chrome molding/trim was removed by the previous owner but still has faint outline and can be purchased for less than $100 if side trim is desired and reapplied. Air conditioning kicks on but needs a recharge. I purchased this recently to drive around to car shows and have fun in it, however the previous owner I purchased it from registered it in Montana with family to avoid stringent California smog laws and it is turning out to be more pain than I'm willing to deal with (and cost) to register in California. Has a clean Montana title and is currently registered there through April 2021. The only negatives I can say about the truck is it does have an exhaust leak which is notorious for these big block Chevy's, which is noticeable at startup but does go away a lot once you are driving around and warmed up. Also it runs, drives, stops, and steers as is, but it could definitely use a tune up to make the initial cold start a smoother idle. Been sitting a few years so some work should be expected. Windshield is also cracked, does not block vision but will need to be replaced if inspection or you desire. Starter works but sometimes doesn't engage the first try or second. Truck is located 15 minutes from the Sacramento Airport and available to preview at anytime. Truck is being sold as is where is with no warranty given or implied. Buyer is responsible and encouraged to inspect themselves or facilitate an inspection by another party prior to bidding for full understanding of vehicle condition. A $500 non refundable deposit is due immediately at the end of sale and full payment is due within 72 hours. If you have any further questions or wish to schedule a inspection don't hesitate to call kyle @ 916-207-3964 for more detail and info.
