1969 Chevelle
Station Wagon
6 pass Concours
survivor
Americas Love for the Station Wagon is coming back!
and cars like this are at the top over buyers list.
pretty solid and complete car - has been in Az many yrs..
Chevelle wagons are getting so hard to come by these days.
This car was parked since back in the early 90s.
Mileage shows about 75k and very well could be
original, cant say for sure. It needs alot of resto, but
we have a low reserve and in the end, its easily worth it.
Americas original Suv from the 60s and 70s
these are getting so much harder to find even
as builders or projects, as many ended up in junkyards.
This car spent some yrs in FL and then came to AZ back
in the mid 80s. It was then parked and forgotten about
in the 90s. It is a factory V, AC car.
LOW RESERVE ...bid on it to win !
So many ways to build this car, for HRPT, tow vehicle
or just a cruiser for the family.
IF YOU HAVE LESS THEN 10 feedbacks and we contact you
AND IF YOU DONT REPLY, your bid WILL be cancelled
We suggest viewing our auction on normal large monitors
and or tablet to get the most out of our large easy to view pics.
Desert Survivor being sold by a very legit Ebay seller
If you have any concerns about our vehicle, please ask or dont bid on it. Dont wait till after you win and then make up stuff on wondering if we are real or not.
FEEDBACK !!! if you cant take 10 min to read thru our feedback on the cars we have sold here over the last 10 yrs, then maybe dont bid on our auctions. Ebay offers our Feedback rating for a reason. We have been selling cars
ON EBAY FOR OVER 15 yrs.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
These wagons values (like most wagons) are on the rise and
becoming more popular then ever. This wagons been sitting well over 20 yrs
here in AZ. The exterior white has had at least one repaint over the yrs.
Both rear quarters have their share of dents, but from the back doors forward
the body is not too bad. Motor seems to be locked up. Comes with keys and
good Az title. When you turn the key, it just sounds like the starter clunks.
CAR ROLLS AND STEERS, no brakes.
THE WHEELS AND TIRES YOU SEE ON THE CAR DO NOT COME WITH THE
VEHICLE IF IT SELLS, BUT THEY ARE AVAILABLE TO THE WINNER AT AN
EXTRA COST. THEY ARE 14x7 A/R original Daisy wheel with almost new BFG
225-70-14 tires about a yr old, but with no miles on them. IF THERE IS A WINNER
AND they dont want the AR wheels, the car will come with basic mismatched
set of steel wheels and roller tires at best as part of the selling price.
AGAIN - THE A/R wheels DO NOT come with the car for the selling price.!!!
Asking $1000 for the wheels/tires alone.
DONT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FUNDS IN HAND
BUILD ANYWAY YOU WANT, NO HARM NO FOUL !
Excellent Investment / Clean Clear Arizona Title
understand the rules.
So if you have under 10 feedbacks, Ill be emailing you if you bid to
make sure you are legit, if we do please reply or we will cancel your bid.
Up for Auction: I wont end it early, sorry.
DRIVETRAIN: factory V8 small block car 307 car w/
auto trans. Motor sounds locked up when I try to crank it.
Is a factory PS and AC car which is nice. The 307 is prob the
original, matted to an auto trans. Prob a good time for an
LS swap and OD trans. Trans and rearend appear to be original.
INTERIOR: take a look at the pics, Az heat has taken its toll on
alot of it, but in some areas its not bad. Many parts are very dry
and crispy. Id guess you would want to redo the whole interior.
All the glass is good except the windshield. Mostly complete all inside
but it wll need alot of resto here too. At least 80% of the stuff it
needs is available aftermarket these days.
EXTERIOR:the body good to fair, Rust on the bottom of the ft
fenders, but rockers, bottom of doors are in nice shape. ALOT of
surface rust in areas, but I personally dont think its as bad as it
looks. IT did get rust around the lower part of the rear side glass
both inside and out. Both rear quarters will need work as you can
see. Doghouse not too bad for its age. I couldnt get the rear glass
down to drop the tailgate. I DO HAVE AN OPTIONAL OEM NICE USED
ROOF RACK for the car too, if there is a winner for the car and they
are interested in it, I can make you a good deal on the rack if interested.
SUSPENSION:the suspension looks normal from what I can
make out, basically the way it came out of the factory except
some stuff replaced over the yrs from normal wear n tear.
Signs of alot of surface Fl climate rust, but the floors under neath
look pretty decent. Gas tank is out, but comes with the car loose
in the back. Drum brakes all around, and brakes currently go to
the floor. No spare or jack that I noticed. Az was nice to the suspension
while it sat here for 20+ yrs. and driven before that.
Again, the A/R wheels and BFG tires are not part of the selling
price, but can be bought by the winner if they want.
Mild rust under the car -Certainly nothing like an 50+ yr old East coast car.
Check out ALL the pics below ----->
it may take a full minute for them all to load ifyou have a
slow connection, so be patient AND looks for the extra scroll
bar on the right side.
Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate.
more infoAFTER the pics etc. There are 100 large pics.
Probably The BEST represented Wagons on Ebay.
Shows you all the good as well as any bad.
We put a lot of time and effort in marketing our cars.
People wait months for a car this solid to come up for sale
and even if you have to pay shipping to your area, it still beats
paying a body shop to hopefully fix a rusty car for months.
Having as much as the original steel on a non restored car these
speaks volumes. Survivors are getting harder to find !
Many of these cars went to the crusher 20 yrs ago
Also, if you buy a car thats been "restored", who knows what surprises are hidden under new paint or thick undercoating.
People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are
fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers.
Email us with ANY questions before you bid please
Our Impeccable FEEDBACK speaks for itself. We show you as
much feasibly possible via pics.
Dont let auctions withlittle to no pics try to fool you.
If they cant take pics of areas under the car they are
selling, maybe its not the best car to buy long distance.
