Up for sale is a Classic 1964 Chevy II, 2 door coupe 36,000 mile 2 owner car. I bought this car from a lady and her son tahat were trading it into for a Cadillac. Good Floors, Automatic This car is in original condition with the its 6 cylinder and automatic transmission, solit floors and minimal rust. The only updates this car has has been Disc Brakes on all 4 wheels, new tires and the following.
Powerbooster Master Cyl. Disc Brake KitNew Brakes all around, Left and right Wheel Cyl.Rear Brake drums, wheel cyl. and hosesHard lines and hardwareNew upper and lower Ball JointsNew Inner and Outer Tie Rod Ends with adjustable sleeves
Replace Strut EndsReplace ShocksAlignment4 New Tires and Rims
This is almost identical to the first car that I ever owned, and is a fun time riding around town, or joining in on cruise night at the local car show. This will be a great car for the novice, or the expert, since my first Chevy II is still on the track in Young's Town Ohio, even after almost 40 years. I will help load, the vehicle, and if the destination is somewhere That I might be traveling, I may possible deliver for a fee.
Please note that the Blueish streak in the first photo is a reflection of the car next to it.
After the rear-engine Chevrolet Corvair was outsold by the conventional Ford Falcon in 1960, Chevrolet completed work on a more conventional compact car that would eventually become the Chevy II ( Nova). The car was of semi-unibody construction having a bolt on front section joined to its unitized cabin and trunk rear section, available in two-door coupe and four-door sedan configurations as well as convertible and station wagon versions. This awesome two-door hardtop 64 Chevy II is definitely a blast from the past.
