You are looking at a low mile (37009) 1977 Monte Carlo with the Landau top. This car is in excellent condition, the paint still shines nicely and the Interior literally still looks and smells like new. This Monte was originally sold in Pullman WA and lived its entire life in Colfax WA. The original owner took extremely good care of it, Always undercover and never sat out. The car was sold to the second owner in 1998 and was driven less than 300 miles since then. I then purchased the car from its second owner in an estate sale in 2019.The exterior of the car is in great shape, the paint is in excellent condition with only a few tiny dents that I believe could be fixed with paint less dent repair. The Landau top is perfect, no cracks or fading. The trunk still looks new inside, still has the original spare tire. I've had the car up in the air on my hoist and it has ZERO rust, I don't think it has ever been off the pavement. The engine compartment is just as clean and has the 170hp 350 small block with the 4 barrel carb. The engine runs perfect and smooth. All I've done since owning it was drain the old gas, change the oil and install a new battery. The interior is as new, even smells new still. It looks like its never been used. The front and rear dash boards are super clean and have zero dirt or damage. Carpet is great no dirt or stains. Car still has (what I believe) to be the dealer installed seat covers over the original tan vinyl seats. These covers are actually installed like the original Vinyl seat covers with hog rings. they are not cheap covers and would have required a professional to install. The original radio has been replaced with a cassette player at some time. After market cruise was also installed. Everything is in good working order. A/C all gauges and switches. This is a true survivor and is a prime example of the last of the big Montes. It runs and drives down the road as it did the day it rolled off the dealers lot 43 years ago.
