Car description

Welcome to StreetDreamsTexas as we celebrate our 21st year in the classic and muscle car business. This beautiful 1967 Chevelle Malibu Sport Coupe (13617), despite being 53 years old, is just starting to hit its stride. When we first saw this sweetheart several years ago it was literally owned by a little (dare I say old?) lady and powered by the original 283/Powerglide. Two owners (and only about 2000 miles) later, this sparingly used cream puff can give an SS a run for its money. Lift the new SS hood and you'll see a new Blueprint Engines 355 V8 featuring 4-bolt mains, align honed main bearings, honed bores with .0002" tolerance, aluminum heads with swirl polished 2.02/1.60 intake/exhaust valves, a steel crank, Chevy H-beam rods, hypereutectic pistons, flat tappet cam with .480/.486 intake/exhaust lift, Melling high volume oil pump, HEI distributor, Sanderson headers, aluminum intake manifold, and a Holley 670 cfm carburetor. A new Hurst gooseneck shifter stirs the rebuilt Muncie M20 4-speed manual transmission. Additional features include power steering, power front disc brakes, Vintage Air A/C, Champion aluminum radiator, new vinyl top, auxiliary gauges, AM/FM radio, and new wheels and tires. Documentation includes correct Protect-O-Plate (!), original owner's manual, and pre-delivery inspection report. The original sheet metal (except hood) is straight and without filler, and the mostly original interior ( new carpet) is beautiful. Oh yeah, this gem is currently owned by our manager, a master mechanic for over 30 years!
