1971 Chevelle SS Original LS5 A/C Car with build sheet. Now has a new GM 502/502hp E delbrock Intake Holley carb and mild hydraulic roller cam to give it that nice lopy sounding idle. Correct Turbo 400 all fresh with mild c converter and 12 bolt posi rear with 3.73 ratio. F41 suspension power steering power disc brakes factory SS wheels correct 75 code Cranberry Red with Black Stripes and Black bucket seat interior with console and original horseshoe shifter. 3" custom exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers gives it a killer sound but not too loud. Even the clock and cigarette lighter work as do all gauges. Super nice body car is very straight nice body lines seams and gaps. No rust issues paint is PPG 2 stage wet sanded and buffed to a mirror finish. Interior is very nice original dash is near perfect no cracks newer carpet no rips anywhere on seats also has all seat belts including optional shoulder belts. I would say the paint is an easy 8 on a 1 to 10 wins trophies at every show. Also car is very fast lots of torque/power will fry the tires at 40 mph car is a blast to drive amd makes a serious 550hp give or take. Never races or abused adult owned and kept in climate control garage. Car was professionally restored all chrome is new or redone all new weather stripping and more. Car was built in Arlington Texas and went to John Thornton Chevrolet in Lithia Springs GA to Darrell Johnson. From there the car went to VA where it has resided until 2018. Car is a real 75 code Cranberry Red car and appears as it would in 1971 when it was new minus vinyl roof which I am not a fan of. Also car has functional cowl induction that works perfect. Sheet metal is all GM and very nice no Chinese Corona metal. Car rides like a Cadillac is quiet and tracks nice and straight.
