This 1955 Bel Air was the recipient of a high dollar frame - off restoration. The body was stripped down and repainted in the correct color combination of Shoreline Beige / Glacier Blue. The fit & finish on this Bel Air is outstanding and the quality workmanship really shows. This Bel Air is pretty high optioned for a car from the '50's. The exterior is optioned with front & rear bumper guards, all window trim, side molding trim, lower rocker trim, headlight bezel chrome etc. which are all in excellent condition. The factory tinted glass is all in like new condition. All exterior emblems are in excellent condition and follow the overall quality of this gorgeous '55 Bel Air.

Inside this '55 Bel Air is outstanding and in like new condition. Finished in it's correct Beige / Blue two tone color combination. The door panels, carpet, headliner and upholstery are in brand new condition. 50's options like puhsbutton AM radio and tissue dispenser really accent this Bel Air. The dash was restored and is in like new condition underneath as it is on top. Finishing off the interior are correct rubber floor mats. Overall, the interior displays the quality of workmanship this '55 Bel Air received. Once inside the trunk you will find a correct spare & jack assembly along with a proper jack instruction decal and rubber trunk mat.

Powering this '55 Bel Air is the 265 V8 Engine equipped with a Power Pack. The 4bbl Carter carburetor was rebuilt and still has the date tag present. This Bel Air is also equipped with the oil filter option. The engine bay is highly detailed throughout with correct GM hoses, generator, GM belt, rebuilt radiator with hang tag, Chevrolet scripted valve covers etc. Show quality is what you will find throughout this engine bay.

The drive train and suspension have been completely restored and detailed to show standards, The undercarriage was sprayed with the proper red oxide paint. The drive shaft was restored and has the correct stripes applied. New gas tank, shocks, springs were all done at the time of restoration to ensure a nice comfortable ride. A dual exhaust system along with new radial white wall tires were done as well. This 265 V8 is backed by a 3 - speed manual transmission and shifts great. The attention to detail was carried over to the underside when this '55 Bel Air received a frame - off restoration.
