1955 Chevrolet Custom 2 Door Sedan Model 55-1011A VIN VC55B080450
This excellent custom 55 Chevy has 94555 showing on the odometer while it sports a rebuilt highly detailed 1965 327/ 250 HP with Double Hump Heads with Chrome Alternator, Air Cleaner and 327 Logo Valve Covers, an Edelbrock 4 BBL carburetor and aluminum intake. The power runs through a smooth shifting 4 Speed Saginaw with Hurst Shifter. It has had a brand new efficient Vintage A-C/Heat unit added recently that works great. The note comes from set of tubular headers with performance tuned duals that make a statement in the upper RPM range.
The interior is a very tasteful and extra nice Black Vinyl Rolled and Pleated upholstery with an original instrument panel behind a SunPro Super Tach mounted on the column along with a beautiful pod of Auto Gage Oil, Amp and Temp gauges under the dash. There is a desirable Chevrolet Logo AM/FM Cassette Stereo in the dash and a custom chrome 4 Spoke Steering Wheel with Soft Touch Grip. The carpets are excellent Black full weave with Logo Mats, and a Humphugger Console.
One of the strongest attributes of this great custom Tri5 is the Rock Solid Body finished in High Gloss Tutone Black over Turquoise and a detailed undercarriage done in red oxide primer with solid body mounts and new suspension bushings. All the chrome is freshened and all the stainless is polished to show quality. The driving is enhanced by the new custom Power Disc/ Drum Brakes and newer BFG Radial T/A, 215/70/15 Front and 245/60/15 rear mounted on a beautiful set of polished Cragar SS wheels, for that look that takes us back to our favorite hang outs from the days when life was still new and everyday was an adventure. So get that feeling back, and enjoy this superbly done 55 Chevy Custom today.
