Car description |
---|
This has been sitting here for over 20 years. It was originally purchased at auction to do a rebuild, which obviously never happened.
There are no papers.
It is in pretty rough shape. The floor pans are mostly rusted out. The exterior body is basically all there but showing definite signs of age. Most of the rust on the exterior panels is surface rust but there is a lot of sheet metal work to be done to fix dents etc..The rockers are intact. It is sitting up off the ground so the frame should be intact but I can't see underneath well enough to say for certain.
The rear window has been broken out more since these pictures were taken. It will need a new windshield because my stupid brother shot it with a BB gun. What side glass is visible seems to be intact, I have no idea if there is glass down in the doors.
It has wheels on the back but no running gear on the front, so it will probably roll if the front end is lifted.
There is also a piece of glass sitting behind it. Looks like maybe a rear window. Other than that if it isn't in the pictures it isn't here.
I am five miles up a private one lane dirt road so keep that in mind when figuring out how to come get it.
If you have any questions feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer.
Update 3/8/2020: Closer inspection shows that both rockers are intact but the chrome trim is missing from the passenger side. There is glass in the passenger side door, none in the driver side door. There is also a piece of sheet metal, looks like maybe a rear fender, does not appear to belong to this car. The extra glass also does not appear to belong to this car. I am going to include both since I have no idea what they go to and so have no idea how to list them.
